$460 Weekday - held only in Clive, Iowa for 8 business days in a row; 8am-5pm each day.

$485 Weekend - held in various locations throughout the State of Iowa on Friday from 6pm-10pm, Saturday 8am-5pm, and Sunday 8am-5pm for three weekends in a row

These courses were created to provide the most comprehensive coverage of all required aspects of the real estate industry and make you successful in passing the Iowa Real Estate Licensing Examination.

Included in the packet is a PSI testing booklet to explain how to sign-up for the exam, step-by-step directions on what you need to do to become a licensed real estate salesperson in Iowa, what to expect when becoming a REALTOR®, and much more information.

All materials will be provided on the first day of class.

Students are required to bring to class a pen, 2 highlighters, calculator, and index cards to make flashcards for study purposes.
