Ann Roushar Receives 2026 Iowa REALTORS® Impact Award

Ann Roushar has been named the recipient of the 2026 Iowa REALTORS® Impact Award, recognizing her significant contributions to the real estate profession in fewer than 10 years as a REALTOR®.

The Iowa REALTORS® Impact Award honors a rising leader who demonstrates innovation, commitment and service to their local association, Iowa REALTORS® and their community. The award recognizes REALTORS® who are already making a meaningful impact early in their careers and inspiring others to get involved along the way.

Roushar has demonstrated that leadership isn't simply about holding a position—it is about showing up, getting involved and bringing others along.

When Roushar commits to something, she goes all in. She has volunteered her time in local and state leadership, served on committees and task forces, championed RPAC and consistently represented the real estate profession in her community. She will be the president-elect for the Cedar Rapids Area Association of REALTORS® in 2027.

Her service has included involvement with Governmental Affairs, Habitat for Humanity, Professional Standards, Public Relations, RPAC, REALTOR® Development, Scholarship, DEI and the Board of Directors.

“Ann has a unique ability to make involvement feel accessible,” said Gavin Blair, Iowa REALTORS® CEO. “She raises her hand, invites people to join her and brings an energy to everything she does. She reminds people that being a REALTOR® is about contributing to something bigger than ourselves.”

Her commitment to service also extends beyond the REALTOR® profession. Roushar has served as Director of Operations for the Professional Women's Network, volunteers with Together We Achieve and hosts the podcast Not Your Average Neighbor. She also balances her professional and community commitments with being a wife and mother.

Roushar was presented with the 2026 Iowa REALTORS® Impact Award during the Iowa REALTORS® Convention in Des Moines.
