Travis Bushaw Receives President’s Award

Some people leave a mark on an organization. Travis Bushaw has helped shape its future.

Bushaw has been honored with the 2026 Iowa REALTORS® President’s Award, recognizing his leadership, dedication and contributions to the organization.

The President’s Award recognizes an individual whose commitment and contributions have made a meaningful difference during the president’s term. Bushaw, the 2025 Iowa REALTORS® president, was recognized by current 2026 Iowa REALTORS® president, Erik Melloy.

He has helped guide Iowa REALTORS® with a focus on continued growth, collaboration and preparing the organization for the future. His leadership has brought people together, encouraged new ideas and strengthened the foundation for the year ahead.

The instructor for the Iowa REALTORS® Leadership Institute, Bushaw has dedicated countless hours to ensure future leaders in real estate are well equipped for the endeavor.

This year, Travis served as chair of the Professional Pathways and Practices Presidential Advisory Group, guiding the group to identify ways to strengthen the profession and ensure REALTORS® across the state are prepared for the future.
