Welcome Liz Price, Professional Standards & Development Administrator

Iowa REALTORS® is excited to announce that Liz Price has joined the association as our professional standards & development administrator. 

Liz brings a wealth of real estate experience, having been originally licensed in 2010 and spending her career with firms including Hunziker & Associates, Coldwell Banker Mid-America, and Coldwell Banker Realty–Gundaker in St. Louis. She has served on the DMAAR MLS Committee and Forms Committee and has more than 11 years of experience as a broker/manager. 

Her depth of industry knowledge, leadership background, and firsthand brokerage experience will be a tremendous asset to Iowa REALTORS® as she manages the Association’s professional standards program and assists in elevating professional development for members. 

As the professional standards & development administrator, Liz will manage the professional standards program for Iowa REALTORS®, while providing course content and instruction for the professional development department. 

When she’s not working, Liz can most often be found at the movie theater or at home with her husband, Cole, their two daughters, Caroline and Mary Kate, and their two Bassett hounds, Gus and Olive. She enjoys board games, video games, watching movies, and traveling…just don’t ask her to ride a roller coaster!

Liz is most looking forward to growing and expanding her real estate career in new directions with Iowa REALTORS®, and she’s excited to work alongside our team and leadership.
