Getting Started
Important Note: The first time logging into Form Simplicity you will need to click the "Forgot/Register Password" link to reset your password and have the system send you your user ID.

Type in ID/Password or if new user go through the process of resetting your password
Step Three
Once logged in you have access to the forms in the Iowa/Fannie Mae library and if your local board uses Form Simplicity you also have access to their forms
