Governing Documents 

The Iowa REALTORS® bylaws are the governing document for the association.

The Bylaws provides details on how the Association operates including how the various committees are structured and operated, the dues formula and its application, the Association staff, the operation of the Board of Directors, meeting protocol, and professional standards.  The bylaws can be amended by the bylaws committee at any time.
