The name of the program is quite literal: High school students in the Quad Cities area work together under the direction of skilled instructors to construct a home.

“The end of summer traditionally brings a slight coolness to the housing market, but there are plenty of warm spots remaining,” Les Sulgrove, Iowa REALTORS® statewide housing analyst, said.
