Jill Monnahan has been named the 2026 Iowa REALTOR® of the Year, recognizing her nearly three decades of service to her clients, fellow REALTORS® and the real estate profession.

Ann Roushar has been named the recipient of the 2026 Iowa REALTORS® Impact Award, recognizing her significant contributions to the real estate profession in fewer than 10 years as a REALTOR®.

Jon Yocum, a longtime REALTOR® from the Quad Cities and former president of Iowa REALTORS®, has been named the recipient of the 2026 Iowa REALTORS® OG Powell/Joan Ballantyne Distinguished Service Award. The award recognizes a REALTOR® whose passion, dedication and service have made a lasting impact on the profession and the communities they serve.
